So the cliff hanger, the introduction of a new character at the end of
the last book, has appeared! The new character is Hannah's boyfriend
Norman's ex fiancee! She is a dentist as well and she is joining his
practice. Over the course of the book the author paints the picture
that the two of them are an item, but - cliff hanger! At the end of the
book we find out that not only is Bev his ex fiancee, he has a child
named Diana with her and Bev is pushing to get what she wants! I will
have to see what comes next in the authors next book.
As far as murder goes, there was an interesting twist between two
characters. One character pretending to be another character. I did
predict this outcome no surprises for me!
There were 25 recipes in this book and it appears that the theme from book to book is recipes with lots of butter.
We plan on making Sally's Cinnamon Supreme Coffee and Chocolate-Covered
Raisin Cookies! Tomorrow is Trick or Treat day at this historic Augusta
Theater so maybe will can get some chocolate covered raisins?
Interesting, the book contains a recipe for homemade sweetened condensed milk.
